Grilled Veal Chops - Recipe

These veal chops are utterly delectable!  I use 100% grass fed veal for optimum flavor and just turn the chops once on the grill.  Do not move them about.  And to add to its awesomeness, I drizzle gremolata infused olive oil on the top of each chop when serving!  What is gremolata?  It is a traditional condiment served with Osso Buco.  The flavors are garlic, lemon, and parsley, only this time it is infused in the olive oil and really makes the veal sing!

Grilled Veal Chops

(Serves 4)

4 (2/3-1 lb.) Veal Loin Chops
Salt
Pepper
4 T. Gremolata Infused Olive Oil such as (Taste of Old Country)

Heat an outdoor grill or a Big Green Egg to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Salt and pepper the veal chops on both sides.

Place the chops on the grill and close the lid for 5 minutes.  Turn over the chops, close the lid and grill for another 6-7 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium rare.

Remove from the grill and rest covered for 10 minutes.

To serve, place on a dinner plate and drizzle the Gremolata infused olive oil on the top of the chops.
